This is a unique project developed in 2015 in Honduras, specifically in Marcala, La Paz, where the quality has historically been very good—ideal altitude for Honduras coffees (1,500+ masl), micro-climates, among others. A group of small producers was carefully chosen from the region and were trained learn and perform a proper and strict picking process at their respective farms only to deliver the best ripe cherries.
This coffee is purchased from the region to ensure complete control/traceability, which allows confirmation of high quality crop after crop.
By drinking and enjoying this coffee, you are supporting a group of 80+ producers and the local community of Marcala.
